About SVG to PNG
Upload an SVG or paste SVG code and get a PNG that stays transparent wherever the SVG draws nothing. The PNG is rendered at the width and height set in the SVG itself, because the tool has no size option.
Frequently asked questions
What resolution should I export?
The tool always uses the size written in the SVG. For a bigger PNG, give the SVG a viewBox with its original size and then raise the width and height, for example to twice the display size for sharp screens.
Why does my exported PNG have a white background?
Because the SVG draws one, usually as a full-size white rect at the start of the code. Remove that rect and the PNG stays transparent.
